CRISIS INTERVENTION PROGRAM
Margaret’s provides a variety of emergency programs for individuals experiencing mental health problems. The Crisis Intervention Programs include:
24 hour, seven days a week warm line providing information and referral support
Crisis/Respite beds (average seven days stay)
Short term crisis management to address a variety of issues including (but not limited to) housing, income, parenting, and legal concerns
Food, clothing, and shoe security programs that are available Tuesdays and Sundays from noon until 6 p.m. for registered clients
Diagnosed with severe mental illness and who identify themselves as experiencing a “crisis.”
Referred from mental & general hospital, shelters, community agencies, and self or family.
