The Integrated Employment Services (IES) Program at Margaret’s Housing and Community Support Services is a specialized employment program dedicated exclusively to supporting individuals living with disabilities.

Program Eligibility
Margaret’s IES program is specifically designed for persons with disabilities. To qualify, participants must:
- Identify as a person living with a disability (physical, mental health, developmental, or other)
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada (including an open work permit, if applicable)
- Be of legal working age
- A resident of Ontario
- Be actively seeking employment or looking to return to the workforce
- Be willing to engage in employment-related activities and supports
