At Margaret’s, we believe that meaningful work can be a powerful pathway to stability, confidence, and independence. Our Integrated Employment Services are designed to support you every step of the way—meeting you where you are and helping you move forward at your own pace.

From resume creation and job search to interviews and ongoing workplace support, our team works alongside you to remove barriers and open doors to opportunity.

Ongoing support after you’re hired, including: regular check-ins, workplace accommodation support and access to free transit, clothing, or essential work supplies when needed

Program Eligibility

Our employment services are rooted in dignity, inclusion, and long-term success. Whether you’re returning to work, exploring new opportunities, or navigating employment alongside mental health or life challenges, we’re here to support you—before, during, and after you’re hired.

You may be eligible if you are:

  • A resident of Ontario

  • Of legal working age

  • A recipient of Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)

  • Eligible to work in Canada (including an open work permit, if applicable)
