Intensive Case Management: Eviction Prevention program
Margaret’s Intensive Case Management: Eviction Prevention program — funded by the United Way — supports individuals and families at risk of losing their housing by providing rapid, personalized assistance to prevent evictions, stabilize housing, and address the challenges that put tenants at risk. We serve people facing financial hardship, housing instability, or eviction notices, with the goal of keeping individuals and families safely housed, reducing homelessness, and supporting long-term housing stability through compassionate, client-centred care.
What We Do
Crisis intervention & eviction prevention
Support with notices, landlord communication, mediation, and navigating the eviction process.
Dedicated case management
One-on-one support, goal planning, and regular check-ins to help you stay housed.
Financial support & coaching
Help with budgeting, benefits navigation, rent arrears planning, and access to available financial resources.
Wraparound supports
Connections to mental health services, employment supports, food programs, health care, and more.
