Intensive Case Management: Eviction Prevention program

Margaret’s Intensive Case Management: Eviction Prevention program — funded by the United Way — supports individuals and families at risk of losing their housing by providing rapid, personalized assistance to prevent evictions, stabilize housing, and address the challenges that put tenants at risk. We serve people facing financial hardship, housing instability, or eviction notices, with the goal of keeping individuals and families safely housed, reducing homelessness, and supporting long-term housing stability through compassionate, client-centred care.
